Refund and Cancellation Policy
Kuwina Digital Platform is a brand name under Kuwina Business Solutions (“Kuwina”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital courses, training materials, and educational content to learners across Zambia. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds for purchases made on our platform.
1. General Policy
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. However, we do provide limited refund options under specific conditions to ensure fairness and transparency.
2. Course Purchases
2.1 No Refund After Access
Once a learner has accessed, downloaded, or started any course content, no refund will be issued.
2.2 Refund Before Access
A learner may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not accessed any course materials.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
3. Duplicate Payments
If a learner is accidentally charged twice for the same course:
- They must notify us within 7 days of the duplicate charge.
- We will refund the duplicate payment in full.
4. Course Changes, Updates, or Removal
Kuwina may update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time as part of improving the platform.
- If a course is removed permanently before a learner has accessed it, they may request a refund.
- If the course has already been accessed, no refund will be issued.
5. Technical Issues
If a learner is unable to access a course due to a technical problem caused by Kuwina:
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours, the learner may request either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit to access another course of equal value.
Issues caused by the learner’s own device, internet connection, or software are not eligible for refunds.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Kuwina reserves the right to refuse refunds to any learner who:
- Abuses the refund policy,
- Shares course materials illegally, or
- Uses multiple accounts to access paid content.
Such actions may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Requests submitted without the required details may be delayed.
